過去こちらのホテルに宿泊しました。１階にはサウナ付の大浴場があり、宿泊者は無料で利用することが出来ますよ。ホテルの隣にはファミマもあり、近くの公園の反対側に博多名物水炊きを食べられるお店もあります。博多駅からも徒歩圏ですし、質問者さんの希望にピッタリではないでしょうか。

Dormy Inn Tokyo Hatchoboriは八丁堀駅から徒歩6分のところにあるビジネスホテルなのですが、ディズニーランドの最寄り駅である舞浜駅まで乗り換えなしで行けて、しかも大浴場で温泉にも入れるんです！（都心で温泉に入れるビジネスホテルは珍しいです。）近くには食事をするところもありますが、東京駅まで１駅で行けるので、どこにでも行きやすくて便利。このホテルグループには私はよく泊まるのですが、朝食がおいしいです。ぜひ朝食付きプランで予約してください！コンビニもホテルの近くに何件かありますよ。

Hotel Green Tower Makuhari is a hidden gem that you can reach easily by taking a direct bus from Narita Airport bound for Inage-Kaigan. Get off at the Hotel Springs Makuhari stop and it's just an 8-minute walk to the hotel. From Kaihin-Makuhari Station, you can take the JR Keiyo Line straight to Maihama Station (Disneyland) with no transfers. Not only are the room rates cheap, but the area around the hotel is filled with restaurants and convenience stores, so you'll have plenty of dining options. Plus, there's an outlet mall nearby for some shopping! You can also take a direct train to Tokyo Station from here, which makes it incredibly convenient if you plan on visiting Disneyland and then immediately hopping on a Shinkansen (bullet train) to the Tohoku, Kansai, or Hokuriku regions the next day. It's a great spot that many tourists don't know about yet!

Staying around the Hatchobori area is highly recommended because you can reach both Tokyo Station and Maihama Station without any train transfers. Be careful, there's another APA hotel south of the station, but the one "Ekimae" (in front of the station) is the better option for dining as the south side has fewer restaurants!

A standard double room for two people costs around 20,000 yen, which I think is a bargain. It's just one stop and two minutes from Tokyo Station, and 25 minutes from Maihama Station, so transportation access is excellent and highly recommended!

This is a long-established Ryokan (Japanese inn) with a typical Kurashiki atmosphere. Although the structure is old, it is clean and very tasteful, so I recommend it. It used to be a traditional Japanese restaurant, so the food is delicious, with kaiseki cuisine made with plenty of seafood. You can relax and enjoy the view of the garden. The private bath is relaxing, with the scent of the wooden bathtub and the water feels great. I think it's a good place to stay for sightseeing in Kurashiki.

Located in the famous Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter, this is the perfect location for sightseeing in Kurashiki. It is also conveniently located a 10-minute walk from JR Kurashiki Station. You can fully enjoy the pure Japanese style. There are two baths that can be rented for private use. You can relax in a Japanese-style bath made of wood, such as a cypress bath. The food was seasonal kaiseki cuisine and Japanese set meals, with a wide variety of dishes, healthy and delicious.
