There is also a large communal bath and a Japanese-style open-air bath, from which you can also see the nature of Chichibu. For dinner, we had a delicious Japanese kaiseki kaiseki（a traditional Japanese multiple course meal ）using seasonal Chichibu ingredients such as river fish and wild vegetables, along with local Chichibu sake. Breakfast was also a buffet with a focus on Japanese and Western cuisine. The dishes were lightly seasoned and there was a wide variety to choose from.
