- I'm not sure if the term "local cuisine" is appropriate, but I think this inn is particular about its food. You can enjoy dishes made with plenty of seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido and brand-name products such as Tokachi beef in a relaxed atmosphere, and spend your time leisurely. It is a fulfilling inn.
