  • Even the standard kaiseki meal plan comes with a variety of dishes that use yuba!

  • Although not the main dish, the kaiseki dinner menu includes Yuba(soy milk skin)crab paste, Yuba(soy milk skin)salad, and Yuba(soy milk skin)chawanmushi. The Japanese breakfast also includes stewed rolled Yuba(soy milk skin)and sashimi made with Nikko Yuba(soy milk skin). This is an inn where every dish is delicious. As the inn is built on the valley side, you can see the valley and the mountain stream below from the large public bath, open-air bath, and private bath. The bathtubs are all made of wood and have a very elegant feel, making them perfect for relaxing and soothing your body. There is also a karaoke room and a reflexology room, so if you have some extra time and money, why not make use of them?

  • There are only two rooms with an open-air bath, but you can enjoy a bath with just two people while looking out at the valley.

  • Although you will be confined to your room, the baths at the inn are also great, so please do try them out. Both the large public bath and the open-air bath overlook the valley, and the views are wonderful. You can enjoy breakfast and dinner at your leisure in a private dining room for two. For dinner, you can enjoy dishes that can only be eaten here, such as Tochigi pork Shabu Shabu(Japanese hotpot)and whole trout sashimi. In addition to the standard dishes, breakfast also includes local dishes that will make you want to eat more rice.
