This is a long-established hot spring inn that was founded over 300 years ago.
- The manners and work attitude of the employees are outstanding. But that's not all. There are two large baths: "Hikoboshi" made entirely of cypress, and "Orihime" made of black granite. Each has a large indoor bath, a rock-built open-air bath, and a sauna. The hotel is committed to using only locally produced food. This includes not only the ingredients, but also condiments such as soy sauce, salt, and miso, fresh local vegetables, and eggs. That's why the Shimane Wagyu beef, Matsuba crab, blackthroat seaperch, white squid, and Lake Shinjishishi clams are all excellent.
