I was able to relax and enjoy the traditional beauty of Kyoto. Kinkakuji Temple can be reached by bus in about 40 minutes. There is a beautiful Japanese-style courtyard that has been carefully maintained while retaining the atmosphere from when it was built. The rooms are also beautiful Japanese-style. The bustling downtown area is just a short walk away, so it was easy and convenient to go out at night or early in the morning.

京都市内にある「加茂川館」は、鴨川沿いに佇む風情ある旅館です。三条大橋のすぐそばで、祇園や先斗町も徒歩圏内で京都観光の拠点に便利。部屋からは鴨川や東山の景色を眺めながら、ゆったりと過ごせました。食事は旬の食材を使った京会席料理で見た目も美しく、もちろん味も最高。大浴場もあって旅の疲れも癒せる。和風の中庭の景色も良かったです。金閣寺までは市バスを使って行けますよ。

京都の中心部、四条烏丸駅から歩いてすぐのところにあります。周りにはお店もたくさんあるから、お土産探しにも困らないです。京町家風の落ち着いたお部屋で、畳の上でゴロゴロできる。また広くて気持ちの良いお風呂で旅の疲れを癒せました。お部屋でゆっくり京懐石料理をいただきました。お酒も種類豊富です。お値段はちょっと高めだけど、京都観光の拠点にピッタリで、落ち着いた雰囲気の中で京料理を堪能したい人にオススメです。近くの市バス乗り場「四条高倉」から乗り換えなしで金閣寺まで行けます。
