It is also a 2-minute walk from Echigo Yuzawa Station, making it easily accessible. We enjoyed visiting the hot springs in independent guest cottages building, which is filled with garden atmosphere. There is also an open-air bath. For meals, we had a delicious Buffet made with carefully selected ingredients in the restaurant, which also has a live kitchen.

Niji to Umi has an open-air bath and a large public bath with a great view. You can enjoy the ocean view while soaking in the hot water, and relax both your body and mind. You can enjoy fresh seafood dishes at the buffet, and you can also enjoy karaoke if you wish. I'm sure it will be a fun memory for your family.

It's a 6-minute walk from Kanazawa Station. It's along a main road, so you won't get lost. When I checked in, the person next to me was checking in in English, so I think English is understandable. There were many foreign guests. The room had a bedroom, a bath, a toilet, and a sink. There was a bathtub in the room, and it was easy to use because it was separate from the toilet. However, there is no changing room, so you need to be a little careful if you are using it with someone other than your family. The bed was also perfect for a woman to use alone. There was a table and two chairs in the room, so I had no trouble eating things I bought at the market at the hotel.

This is Ryokan (Japanese inn) with natural hot springs. The hot spring is a simple sulfur spring with many beneficial effects, and you can enjoy a pleasant bath while looking at the Echigo mountain range. For dinner, we had a traditional banquet of local cuisine made with plenty of local ingredients, and we also enjoyed Echigo Mochi Pork and Niigata Wagyu Beef.

Omicho Market is on the way from Kanazawa Station to Kenrokuen Garden, so you can also get to Kenrokuen Garden with a single bus. It is accessible by bus or on foot from Kanazawa Station. It is along a main road from the station, so it is a bit far, but you can walk there. It is inexpensive and has a simple structure, so it should be fine if you are not mainly staying at the hotel. Another recommended point is that it has been renovated and is clean.

There is a large public bath with free-flowing hot spring water, a garden bath, and a cypress bath, each of which has a large rock bath, two open-air baths, and an indoor bath. There is also a private bath with an indoor bath and an open-air bath, but this is available for a fee (1,000 yen for 45 minutes). The baths are open 24 hours a day. Water is not added or heated, but only the large indoor bath uses a circulator for hygienic reasons.

I recommend this hotel, which is part of the popular Dormy Hotel chain. Dinner was a Japanese banquet with salt-grilled rosy seabass, and was very luxurious and delicious, with plenty of Japanese beef, local sake, and mountain village delicacies. There was also an open-air bath in the large communal bath and a private open-air bath, which was full of atmosphere and had a great view, so we enjoyed a refreshing and luxurious time.

Ryotei Hamanasu is a cozy inn with a total of 11 rooms, but it has a karaoke room. The innkeeper is a fisherman, so you can enjoy Japanese food kaiseki meals using fresh fish caught that morning in Wakura Bay. Dinner is served in your room. You can enjoy open-air bath in the inn and hot spring in 100% natural hot spring.

Wakura Onsen no Yado Biwanso has a karaoke room, so you can have fun with your family.
