The guest rooms are 10 tatami Japanese-style rooms, so they are spacious and perfect for families to relax in. The hot spring has a private family bath that can be reserved in advance, so you can relax with just the family. For dinner, you can enjoy kaiseki（a traditional Japanese multiple course meal ）made with plenty of Shinshu ingredients, such as Shinshu beef Shabu Shabu（Japanese hotpot）. For breakfast, you can enjoy hot spring rice porridge made with the hotel's own hot spring water, barley rice, grilled yamame trout, and hot spring eggs. Of course, there is a free parking lot, so you don't have to worry. The very popular Osaru no Onsen is about 30 minutes away by car.

There are also separate open-air baths for men and women with Breathtaking view overlooking the hot springs and Nozawa Onsen town. You can enjoy the open-air baths with Breathtaking view views, where you can feel the changing of the seasons, and the large baths with tatami mats for washing. As for food, you can eat kaiseki（a traditional Japanese multiple course meal ）using Shinshu premium beef and other ingredients. The fried rock trout, which can only be eaten here, is particularly delicious.

Located in the center of Yuzawa Onsen town, it is highly recommended for its location, which makes it easy to visit the hot springs and eat your way around! It is also a 2-minute walk from Echigo Yuzawa Station, making it easily accessible. We enjoyed visiting the hot springs in independent guest cottages building, which is filled with garden atmosphere. There is also an open-air bath. For meals, we had a delicious Buffet made with carefully selected ingredients in the restaurant, which also has a live kitchen.

The large public bath is equipped with an open-air bath, sauna and jacuzzi, and you can enjoy natural hot springs full of minerals. You can see Mt. Fuji outside from the private bath, so it's comfortable to have the view all to yourself. The guest rooms are spacious, and the observation floor has a great view, so you can relax.

This open-air bath has Mt. Fuji right in front of you, so you can enjoy the wonderful view while bathing in the hot spring. At night, you can't see Mt. Fuji, but you can see the starry sky, which was a wonderful sight. There is also a pleasant sauna. The view of Mt. Fuji varies depending on the room, so it's a good idea to check when making a reservation. The staff were very friendly and I was able to spend a comfortable time.

Fuji Marriott Hotel Lake Yamanaka is located in the quiet forest on the shores of Lake Yamanaka. This resort hotel offers Breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji in the distance, and in autumn it is surrounded by a sea of red leaves. The scenery will make you forget about your daily life for a while. The hot springs, which are rich in healing properties, are also known as Bijin-no-yu (a hot spring of beauty), and you can relax and refresh yourself.

The inn has nine different types of baths, including a herbal bath and a cave bath, so you can enjoy bathing in each of them. There is also an open-air observation Ryokan (Japanese inn) on the seventh floor, from which you can see Mt. Tanigawa and other mountains in the distance. The meals are special kaiseki meals made with fresh local mountain produce. This is one of the leading Ryokan (Japanese inn) in Yuzawa Onsen.

富士山が見えるお部屋に泊まりましたが天候に恵まれ、雄大な富士山がみえて満足しました。露天風呂からの大自然と富士山の眺望もとても良くて癒されました。朝食も夕食もバイキング式でしたが、握り寿司や天ぷらなど和書もたくさんありました。外国人やファミリーが多く、食事処は賑やかでした。

For dinner, you can enjoy a creative kaiseki meal made with seafood sashimi delivered directly from Niigata Port, Japanese beef, sticky pork, and seasonal vegetables. The sweet sake served at the end is also exceptionally delicious. In the morning, a special Japanese breakfast is served with many small dishes of local cuisine, and you won't be able to stop having second helpings of the freshly cooked koshihikari rice. There is a large public bath with free-flowing hot spring water, a garden bath, and a cypress bath, each of which has a large rock bath, two open-air baths, and an indoor bath. There is also a private bath with an indoor bath and an open-air bath, but this is available for a fee (1,000 yen for 45 minutes). The baths are open 24 hours a day. Water is not added or heated, but only the large indoor bath uses a circulator for hygienic reasons.

There is a free shuttle bus from Echigo Yuzawa Station, so the location is good, and it is a traditional hotel that is recommended. The hot springs are recommended because the water quality is good and you can relax, and the rooms are spacious.

I recommend Lake Suwa in Nagano Prefecture. There are many sake breweries around Lake Suwa. You can also enjoy Kami-Suwa Onsen and Shinshu's local cuisine. At this inn, you can compare the taste of Suwa's famous sake. Coupons are also available for those who want to visit the sake breweries, so please inquire at reception desk.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from the west exit of JR Echigo Yuzawa Station, and has a wide variety of room types, so you can get a better deal. The rooms are retro and relaxing, so I recommend it. Although the rooms do not have open-air baths, they do have a spacious, open-air large rock bath. At night, you can enjoy the starry sky, and in winter, you can enjoy the open-air bath with a view of the snow.

この旅館は主人や女将さんの顔が見えるアットホームさが人気です。素朴で家庭的な料理は心がこもっています。特に冬場はスキー客にも人気があります。昔からの風情を残していて、昭和の旅館にタイムスリップしたような雰囲気ですが、またノスタルジックなのも嬉しいです。料金が手頃でも美味しい和食と源泉かけ流しの温泉をしっかり堪能できる旅館です。

The garden-style rock bath has a wonderful view and the water quality is different depending on the season. The water from Nikko is delicious. We had a very luxurious time enjoying both breakfast and dinner in a private room. The shuttle bus to the Toshogu Shrine area makes it easy to get to.
