There were various meat dishes, fish dishes, wild vegetables, etc. Breakfast was a Japanese set meal based on the concept of a rural Japanese breakfast, and I enjoyed it with small amounts of various side dishes. I chose a Japanese-style room that was a little on the higher end, but the view was good and I could see the Yokose River from my room. I was able to relax in the spacious Japanese-style room. There was also a room with an open-air bath. There is a private bath and a private bedrock bath, but it costs money. It was a very comfortable inn.

This is a long-established Ryokan (Japanese inn) in Chichibu that was founded in 1827. It has Japanese-style rooms with sunken kotatsu and open-air baths, and is a good old, small inn full of Japanese historical atmosphere. The Japanese-style design of the large bath station also has a nice atmosphere, and the quality of the hot springs was excellent, so I was very satisfied. I went in many times, and my skin became smooth. There was also a private bath. The food was luxurious Japanese food, and I enjoyed plenty of meat, fish, vegetables, and ingredients from Chichibu. In particular, the grilled rainbow trout was freshly grilled, fragrant, and delicious. The Japanese-style decorations were very beautiful. It is independent guest cottages from the station, but there is a free shuttle service, so if you make a reservation in advance by phone, they will pick you up from Seibu Chichibu Station or Chichibu Railway Chichibu Station. It is also a 10-minute taxi ride away.

"Yatsugawakan" is a Japanese-style Ryokan (Japanese inn) surrounded by the nature of Okuchichibu. The rooms are over 12 tatami mats in size and have a wide veranda, so you can relax and unwind. In addition to the large public bath that draws water from the Dairyuji hot spring, there are also private baths, so you can bathe without worrying about the people around you. If you stay for less than 30,000 yen per night, there is a plan that includes kaiseki（a traditional Japanese multiple course meal ）using river fish and Chichibu ingredients. If you are three people, you can dine in your room and you can rent a colored yukata for free.

This is a quiet inn located in Okumusashi, Saitama. Surrounded by trees, you can feel the soothing sounds of birds chirping and the refreshing breeze. This is an extraordinary natural luxury. The hot springs that the inn is so proud of are spacious, both indoor and outdoor, and the water is lukewarm, so you can enjoy the view at your leisure. For dinner, we had a beautifully presented kaiseki meal. We enjoyed the local flavors, such as thinly sliced carp and salt-grilled yamame trout. This is a wonderful inn, so I'm sure you'll be satisfied.

The hotel faces Lake Chuzenji in Nikko, northern Kanto, and can be accessed from the Tokyo metropolitan area in about 2.5 hours. If you are using public transportation, take the Tobu bus to Fune no Eki Chuzenji stop and walk for 1 minute. The open-air bath is a milky sulfur spring 100% natural hot spring, and you can enjoy the "yuhana" (hot spring deposits) that are unique to sulfur springs. Although you have to travel to Tokorozawa, it was nice to be able to enjoy the modern Japanese atmosphere of the lake view room, Japanese-style room, and Japanese and Western room. The food served with Japanese hospitality was fresh and delicious.

This hotel is located in Manza Onsen, Gunma Prefecture. It is located in the mountains, but the shuttle bus from Karuizawa Station makes it easy to get to. The open-air bath is a magnificent bath to view the snow, and it was a sight that made me want to enjoy it forever. The room was a simple yet beautiful twin room, where I was able to relax.
