Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a smile and the polite guidance was impressive. They also provide detailed information about the hot springs and local tourist information, so even those who are new to Tamatsukuri Onsen can stay with peace of mind. The rooms are Japanese-style rooms with a calm design and interior design, providing a comfortable space. You can enjoy beautiful views of nature from the windows, and the view is especially beautiful at dusk. You can spend a dreamlike time watching the starry sky from the open-air bath. As for meals, you can enjoy a Japanese course meal made with fresh ingredients harvested locally. You can enjoy local flavors such as Izumo soba and seafood, so you can experience the local culture through your meals.

How about "Kasuien Minami"? There is an indoor bath where you can enjoy the beautiful garden. It is located about a 5-minute drive from Tamazukuri Onsen Station. The bath is a hypotonic, weakly alkaline spring, so you can expect to recover from fatigue and have beautiful skin. For meals, you can enjoy the bounty of the Sanin Sea.

You can enjoy a high-class kaiseki meal using high-quality seafood and mountain produce. Local sake, draft beer, and soft drinks are available for free during the time. Dinner is a luxurious kaiseki meal that starts with a platter of five kinds of seasonal fish, Shimane Wagyu beef sukiyaki, stewed blackthroat seaperch, and stone-grilled abalone. In the morning, there is a Japanese and Western Buffet.

The view of Lake Shinji from the indoor and outdoor baths is the ultimate luxury. For dinner, you can enjoy fresh local seafood and Shimane beef, and for breakfast, you can enjoy a wide variety of Japanese and Western Buffet. There is also a beauty salon. Although the hotel has a retro Showa-era atmosphere, it is recommended for its cleanliness and beautiful views.

本館には大浴場と露天風呂があり、徒歩一分で行ける姉妹館「旅亭 山の井」の大浴場や露天風呂にも入れます。宿では色浴衣を借りられるので、ちょっとした美肌の湯めぐりができますよ。夕食は会席料理で、牛肉の朴葉焼、鱈鍋、鮪の串カツ、貝の酒蒸し、蟹の酢の物、海鮮つみれの御椀などが味わえる「満足三昧会席」プランや、「かに三昧会席」プランなど、いろいろな選択肢があります。プランによっては部屋食も選択でき、ご家族だけでゆっくり食べられます。

The view of Lake Shinji from the windows, the large public bath, and the sauna was so beautiful and relaxing. The Peking duck and Shimane beef steak we had for dinner were delicious. The breakfast menu was also luxurious and recommended. It's conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from Matsue Station.

日本一の源泉掛け流し混浴露天風呂があるお宿です。露天風呂の床には、三種類の瑪瑙が敷き詰めてあり、夜になるとライトアップされて幻想的な雰囲気になります。客室はスタンダードなお部屋でも、8畳の和室に3畳の広縁が付きます。

美肌の湯で有名な玉造温泉を自家源泉100%を掛け流しで味わえる。加水も加温も循環式も採用してないので、掛け流しで生きた新鮮な天然温泉を味わえるのだ。全国的にもかなり稀有な宿で贅沢な温泉に浸かれるのだ。総檜造りと黒御影石造りの二つの大浴場が有り、有料だが３つの貸切風呂も有る。夕食は季節の会席料理、旬の食材な拘るので、毎月メニューが変わる。スタンダード会席からグレードの違いによる会席プランが有るが、スタンダードプランで十分な料理を楽しめる。本館に宿泊の場合は、部屋食となる。母娘水入らずの食事をゆっくり出来るだろう。朝は和定食で宍道湖しじみの赤出汁と本当の温泉玉子を楽しめる。

It's close to Izumo Station! That's the best thing about it. They will store your luggage for free, and if you don't care about hot springs or food, it's convenient because it's directly connected to the station. You can get on a bus or train in no time. You can get to Izumo Taisha Shrine in one go on the Ichibata Electric Railway. They also have barrier-free rooms, and the building is spacious, so you can stay comfortably.

The hotel is easily accessible from JR Izumo Station and is convenient for sightseeing at Izumo Taisha Shrine. You can stay in clean rooms with good value for money. There is a facility next door where you can enjoy natural hot springs (separate from the hotel), so I think foreigners will also enjoy it.

I recommend "Toyoko Inn Matsue Ekimae" located right next to JR Matsue Station. The accommodation fee was cheap and the room was clean and comfortable without feeling cramped. The bathtub in the bath felt a little large.

玉造温泉の「紺家」は、江戸時代創業で300年以上の歴史を誇る老舗の和風温泉旅館です。温泉は効能豊かで肌に良いとされる硫酸塩泉です。風情のある大浴場や露天風呂で湯あみできます。気軽な価格で利用できる2食付きプランがあり、夕食には神に供える膳である出雲本膳をアレンジした会席料理が味わえます。

There is a spacious open-air bath where you can see the night sky. This is a long-established Ryokan (Japanese inn) with a calm atmosphere and a high-quality feel. There is also free rental of colorful yukata, which is great for women. The room was a Japanese-style room with a modern design and a relaxing space.

If you are going from Izumo Taisha to Sakaiminato, I recommend going from Matsue through Daikonjima, passing through Sakaiminato's Betafumizaka Pass, then heading south on the national highway to Kaike Onsen. Kaike Seaside Hotel Umi no Shiki is a natural hot spring located in the city center, and is recommended for its beautiful views overlooking the sea.

Ryokan (Japanese inn) is also famous for being the family home of singer Mariya Takeuchi. Even without that, I think it is one of the most famous Ryokan in Izumo. It is a 4-minute walk from Izumo Taisha Station, and is conveniently located right next to Izumo Taisha Shrine. This long-established Ryokan has a charming atmosphere and a sense of Japanese history. Although it is an old Ryokan, it has been renovated, and the rooms and the building are well-cleaned and clean. The food is Japanese-style, visually gorgeous, and delicious.

It is within walking distance of Izumo Taisha Shrine. The building is old, but that gives it a nice feel. When I stayed there before, I was impressed by how delicious the Nodoguro and Shimane beef were. The breakfast was also very delicious. It is located a little way into a residential area, so it was quiet. There was a ping pong table, so I enjoyed it for the first time in a while. It is a small inn, so I was able to relax in the bath, which was reserved for me.

ここは、日本の古き良き旅館という感じで素晴らしい魅力があります。「めのうの湯」にある神話の湯は、きらきらカラフルに見える石が埋め込まれており、目で楽しむ温泉になってます。露天風呂は大自然の中に居る様な風情が堪らないロケーションで、夜はライトが当たり綺麗です。正に非日常を味わえる温泉だと思います。お料理は海の幸がメインで蟹は絶品です。勿論お造りも美味しいです。中でものどぐろの塩焼きは旨味が凄いので驚くと思います。女性旅を応援するプランもありスイーツにパフェとかもあったと思います。おもてなしも素晴らしいので家族連れの方も多いですが、気軽に一人旅も楽しめる宿です。絶品料理に温泉、おもてなしを堪能してみてください。
