If you come to Hakone, this hotel has great service and is easily accessible, so it's definitely worth staying at. It's located in front of Gora Station. There are many tourist attractions around the hotel, so it's perfect for walking around town. The exterior is a little old, but the rooms are kept clean. There is only an indoor hot spring, but visiting the outdoor Visiting hot springs is also part of the fun, so I think you can try a variety of them. The meals were standard, but they were filling and satisfying. The inn is conveniently located, just a one-minute walk from Kinosaki Onsen Station. I recommend it.
