A relaxing hotel, far from Kanazawa Station

Although you will need to take a bus from Kanazawa Station, there is a free shuttle bus so you can get there without any problems. The rooms are spacious and even if you are traveling alone you can use a twin room. This hotel is popular for its food, and they offer a delicious crab kaiseki course, especially during crab season. It is also close to the Hakusanroku Ski Resort, so it is recommended for those who love skiing. English is also spoken.

A proper inn often used for weddings

In terms of English-speaking staff, this hotel is a safe choice! It is also used for weddings, so it is large in scale and has excellent service and facilities. If you're lucky, you might be able to get a glimpse of the atmosphere of a Japanese wedding.

The best location for efficient sightseeing

It's a one-minute walk from the nearest Kanazawa Station, and Kanazawa Castle Park and Kenrokuen Garden are also within walking distance, so you can do plenty of sightseeing even on a short trip. The guest rooms offer a panoramic view of the city, so you can get a taste of the atmosphere of traveling in Japan to a certain extent.

You can rest assured with a global chain hotel.

This hotel is a global chain hotel, so it will not disappoint. It is also located just a minute's walk from Kanazawa Station, and has English-speaking staff, so foreigners can stay here with peace of mind. You can choose Japanese or Western cuisine at the restaurant.

English-speaking hotels near Omicho Market

Although it is not close to the station, the hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from Omicho Market. Omicho Market is on the way from Kanazawa Station to Kenrokuen Garden, so you can also get to Kenrokuen Garden with a single bus. It is accessible by bus or on foot from Kanazawa Station. It is along a main road from the station, so it is a bit far, but you can walk there. It is inexpensive and has a simple structure, so it should be fine if you are not mainly staying at the hotel. Another recommended point is that it has been renovated and is clean.

's answer (posted on January 5, 2025)

This hotel has many overseas guests.

The hotel is located right next to Omicho Market, so you can buy delicious seafood there and eat it at the hotel. Many tourist spots around Kanazawa Station, including Kenrokuen, are accessed via Omicho Market, so it's convenient for sightseeing. You can get there by bus or taxi from Kanazawa Station, but you can also walk there. I actually walked to Omicho Market in about 15 minutes, and the sidewalks were wide so it wasn't too difficult. You can also get to Kenrokuen by bus in about 7 minutes. There are more than 10 buses per hour, so it's very convenient. The price is reasonable and the bathroom is clean, so it's recommended for sightseeing. There is also a cafe on the first floor.

English is easily spoken at reception desk

It's a 6-minute walk from Kanazawa Station. It's along a main road, so you won't get lost. When I checked in, the person next to me was checking in in English, so I think English is understandable. There were many foreign guests. The room had a bedroom, a bath, a toilet, and a sink. There was a bathtub in the room, and it was easy to use because it was separate from the toilet. However, there is no changing room, so you need to be a little careful if you are using it with someone other than your family. The bed was also perfect for a woman to use alone. There was a table and two chairs in the room, so I had no trouble eating things I bought at the market at the hotel.

There is a large communal bath and a private bath in the room!

It's a little walk from the station, but there's a convenience store nearby so it was quite convenient. It's a different exit from the one where the tourist bus stops are so it feels a little far away, but it was nice because it was quiet. Foreigners are also staying there, and some people checked in in English. The room has a Japanese atmosphere and is small, but it's fine for resting. The toilet and bath are separate, which is convenient. There was a bathtub in the room so I was able to take a long soak. There was also a large public bath, so if you want to soak in a large bath, you can use that.

It's a great location for sightseeing.

Located in the Korinbo area in the center of Kanazawa City, this hotel is very convenient as a base for sightseeing. You can walk to popular tourist spots such as Kenrokuen Garden and Kanazawa Castle Park. It is also close to an area with many shopping malls and restaurants, so you can eat in the surrounding area. The restaurant in the hotel serves Kaga cuisine, so it is recommended even if you don't want to eat out.

A hotel close to the station with excellent facilities

The nearest Kanazawa Station is just a five-minute walk away, making it a great location. It is one of the tallest hotels in the Hokuriku area, so it is especially recommended for those who want to enjoy the scenery. There are always English-speaking staff on hand, so foreigners can feel at ease. The hotel, including the rooms, has a slightly luxurious feel. If you value cleanliness and the quality of the facilities, this hotel is a must-visit. There are also plenty of facilities, including a Japanese, Western and Chinese restaurant and an on-site spa, so you won't get bored of your long hotel stay. Depending on the plan, you can use a shuttle service for sightseeing, so if you are interested, please check that out before booking.

Quiet accommodation near the park

The hotel is located near Kanazawa Castle Park, in a quiet area that is not too lively. There are English-speaking staff, so you can ask for their advice if you are unsure about sightseeing spots. There is also a large public bath and an exhibition space related to the local area, so you will feel like you are in Japan and Ishikawa Prefecture. This is a simple and no-frills hotel that has been praised for its environmentally friendly management.

A long-established Ryokan (Japanese inn) where you can feel the history of Japan

This is a long-established Ryokan (Japanese inn) with a long history of over 100 years. The guest rooms are Japanese-style rooms with tatami mats, so it is recommended if you want to experience a traditional Japanese room or sleeping on a futon. Breakfast is served at the dining area, and dinner is served to your room. Ryokan (Japanese inn) room dining is common at inns, so it is rare to be able to choose in-room dining at this price range. This inn takes pride in the fact that the chef himself purchases seafood every morning. As a result, the menu focuses on seafood, such as Japanese kaiseki and seafood bowls. If you are not comfortable with raw fish, you may want to choose the yosenabe, which requires a reservation.

A rare hotel in Japan that treasures Japan's "Taisho Romanticism"

The hotel has a retro interior with a Japanese Taisho-era romantic theme. The tea lounge near the lobby and the special guest rooms are very photogenic and popular with Japanese people. All the guest rooms feature traditional Kanazawa crafts, making this a perfect hotel for tourists with a strong concept. The large public bath also has natural hot spring water, so it is especially recommended for those who are interested in Japanese bath culture. If you stay at this hotel, which is full of Japanese retro atmosphere, you will surely have many memorable photos.
