Freshly made yuba arrives every day.
If you're in Kinugawa, why not try "Yuba Gozen Miyazaki"? This is a long-established Ryokan (Japanese inn) with a relaxing Japanese atmosphere that will soothe your soul. The landlady highly recommends the yuba dishes, each dish of which is made with care, and fresh yuba is delivered every day from a long-established yuba store, and the taste is highly regarded. It is recommended for adults who want to relax and unwind independent guest cottages the hustle and bustle of the city. Private baths are also available, so you can bathe without worrying about others around you.

Our proud handmade yuba dishes
If you want to try yuba cuisine in Kinugawa Onsen, I recommend "Yuba Gozen Miyazaki." It is a small inn with only 6 rooms, but you can enjoy a homely atmosphere. The yuba is kaiseki（a traditional Japanese multiple course meal ）made with handmade yuba procured from a long-established local company. It is a comfortable inn with a quiet atmosphere.

You can enjoy dishes mainly made with Nikko 's specialty, yuba.
There are two types of hot spring, a rock bath and a cypress bath, which can be used for private use until 8 p.m. The cypress bath has tatami mats in the bath area, so your feet won't get cold and it's not slippery, making it comfortable. The food was full of yuba, and I was able to enjoy the dishes that I usually can't eat at home.

Relax with delicious yuba and the friendly landlady
The rooms are purely Japanese-style, reminiscent of my grandmother's house. The baths are available for private use in each room until 8 p.m., so you can take your time bathing alone. After 8 p.m., the baths are communal. The food is yuba, a Nikko dish! The freshly made yuba was really delicious and I thought it was good for the body. There are not many guest rooms, so I recommend it as a place to stay quietly.
