If you're in the Itsukushima area, how about Miyahama Grand Hotel? It's a long-established Ryokan (Japanese inn) with a beautiful view of the calm Seto Inland Sea and Miyajima before your eyes. In addition to the large, open-air bath and rock open-air bath overlooking the sea, you can also enjoy a bath in the open-air observation bath where you can enjoy a wonderful view that blends in with the sea. If it's within your budget, there is a plan for dinner that includes a kaiseki（a traditional Japanese multiple course meal ）filled with Hiroshima seafood such as oysters, conger eel, Japanese beef, and small Seto Inland Sea fish sashimi.

An open-air bath where you can feel one with the sea
I recommend Miyahama Grand Hotel. It's convenient because they provide a shuttle service from Onoura Station. You can enjoy a leisurely meal in your room, and you can enjoy a kaiseki meal made with seasonal ingredients from the Seto Inland Sea, and the alcohol goes really well with it. The open-air bath feels like it's one with the sea, and you can look out directly at Miyajima, and at night you can see the starry sky.

How about Miyahama Onsen?
It's convenient to be picked up from JR Onoura Station. The inn is located on the seafront and has a nice view. The open-air bath is not very large, but it is very comfortable with a panoramic view of the ocean. The indoor bath in the large communal bath is made of glass, so you can enjoy a great panoramic view of the ocean. The meals are a kaiseki meal made with local ingredients, and the seafood is delicious. You can enjoy it in the comfort of your room.
