If you want a night view, the area around Hakodate Station is recommended, but if you want a hot spring Ryokan (Japanese inn), Yunokawa Onsen is the place to go. This is one of the best inns in Yunokawa Onsen, large in size and with excellent services and facilities. It is a luxurious inn with a Japanese-Western fusion. The fresh sashimi and Hokkaido-style cuisine were delicious.
