Make Sure to Request a Fireworks View Room!
You can see the fireworks from your room at Boyokan Hotel! It's located on a hill with panoramic views of Sagami Bay, on the opposite side of the station from Atami's bustling downtown. It's a 15-minute walk from Atami Station, or a 5-minute walk from the bus stop if you take a local bus. There are two types of rooms with fireworks views: Western-style and Japanese-style, both of which can accommodate three people. Of course, you can enjoy the hot springs, and the panoramic open-air hot spring bath is highly recommended for its ocean views. Hotels are quite expensive during fireworks season! However, Boyokan offers a relatively affordable option even with the increased rates.
