Itsukushima Shrine can be seen from the observation bath.
If you are traveling to Miyajima with children, I recommend Livemax Resort Aki Miyajima. It is close to the Itsukushima Shrine, which is your destination, and is only a 10-minute walk away. The guest rooms have a modern and calm design. The view from the observation bath in the annex is great, and you can see the illuminated Itsukushima Shrine. It's very beautiful. Meals are served Buffet style with a wide variety of menu items, so both children and adults can enjoy it.

Easy access to Itsukushima Shrine within walking distance
The accommodation cost at "Livemax Resort Aki Miyajima" is relatively cheap, and it is also close to Itsukushima Shrine. The hot springs also had a great view from the large open-air bath. If you want to relax in the hot springs with your children without worrying about the people around you, I recommend the rooms with open-air baths. The meals are buffet style, so we were able to enjoy a variety of dishes using local seasonal ingredients. There are plenty of dishes that children will like.
