• Located close to Kawaramachi Sanjo, this hotel is convenient as a base for sightseeing in Kyoto city. Although it is close to the downtown area, it was quiet at night and I was able to sleep peacefully. The Japanese modern design gave me a taste of Kyoto with the washi paper lighting, shoji screens, and Japanese-style wallpaper. You can choose amenities from reception desk and take them with you. The Samurai Ninja Experience Museum Kyoto is within walking distance. Teramachi Kyogoku Shopping Street and Nishiki Market are also nearby.
