While it's about a 20-minute walk to Chichibu Shrine, we feel this is a pleasant distance that allows you to enjoy the festival atmosphere along the way.

A Great Location Where You Can Feel the Festival Atmosphere Up Close
How about staying at "Comfort Stay Miyabi"? While its nearest station is Ohanabatake, it's also an easy walk to Chichibu Shrine, the main festival venue.
