How about "Kiunso" located in a World Heritage Site? You can enjoy high quality hot springs and fresh fish dishes. Located in the quiet and rustic center of the hot spring town, I stayed in a independent guest cottages guest room across the courtyard. If you are on a budget, you will be able to stay for about 20,000 yen on weekdays.
