I highly recommend the Chuzenji Kanaya Hotel. Their onsen is a milky-white sulfur spring, with the water drawn from the Yumoto source in Oku-Nikko, a full 12 kilometers away! Soaking in the outdoor bath (rotenburo), surrounded by the serene forests of Oku-Nikko, is the ultimate way to relax. The indoor bath is wonderful too, enclosed by massive windows that let you enjoy the view in a spacious setting. It's the perfect hotel for a couple to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and truly unwind together.

Nikko is a popular area in the Kanto region, even among foreign visitors. Nikko Kanaya Hotel is close to the nearest station, but if you're looking for a hotel with onsen(hot spring), we recommend Nakazenji Kanaya Hotel. There's also a free shuttle bus from Tobu Nikko Station, so access is easy. onsen(hot spring) also has an open-air bath, and the view from the open-air bath is fantastic. As it's part of the famous Kanaya Hotel chain, you can experience Japanese hospitality.
