Hotels near dining spots
The facilities are old, but the hotel is located along the beach in Chatan, Okinawa main island, which is a popular spot for surfing and diving, so you can check the ocean conditions from the hotel window at any time. If you become a member of the nearby diving shop Arc Dive, you can rent a tank for 500 yen (free of charge) and do buddy dives. After diving, you can take a shower immediately after returning to your hotel room. There are also free washing machines and dryers. There are not many places to eat nearby and the supermarket is a little far away, but it's not a problem as you can rent bicycles for free at the hotel.
