Taikanso Senami no Yu

A hotel in Niigata with a panoramic view of the Sea of Japan. Not only can you see the sunset from your room, but the open-air bath is very spacious and you can see the sunset from the indoor bath as well. You can even see the sauna from a certain angle. The service of water after the bath and towels (provided in addition to those in the room) was also good. Above all, the food was delicious!! I was very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. This is a hot spring where you'll want to stay not just one night but two.

The inn faces the Sea of Japan, overlooking Sado Island and Awashima Island in the distance, and the scenery is amazing. I recommend hot spring in Niigata. The view of the sunset from the room is so amazing it's hard to put into words. You can also see the Sea of Japan from the large public bath, and enjoy the sunset and sunrise. hot spring Onsen Beach and Sasagawa Nagare are nearby, so be sure to check them out.
