The Hida beef was good.
There is a direct bus to Gifu Station, and it is conveniently located with a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the station. You can enjoy luxurious and tender Hida beef by yourself in roast beef or hotpot dishes. The dishes with melting meat as the main dish were great. The large public bath was also great, with a quaint atmosphere, as it was repurposed from a storehouse from the Meiji period.
