Manza Onsen: Hotel w/ Buffet? (Guest can't eat all Washoku).
Taking my former host father to Manza Onsen. He's a "Japan-tsu" (Japan expert) but can't eat all Japanese food (Washoku). To be safe, I need a hotel rec with a Buffet / Viking style dinner so he can choose. Any advice?

The number of lodgings at Manza Onsen has decreased significantly, so there is almost no difference in the food. Many of the places also offer buffet style. However, it is rare that the number of dishes is large and the alcohol price is clearly stated. No water is added to the hot spring, and the water temperature is regulated by pipes through which the hot water passes, so the ingredients are intact from the source.
