  • I want to know about a Buffet-style inn in Manza Onsen where foreigner can choose what they like

The husband of the host I stayed with during my university days is coming to Japan on a business trip, so I'm thinking of taking him to Manza Onsen. He is a big fan of Japan, but he can't eat all Japanese food. So I'm looking for a place to stay that has Buffet style meal so I can choose what I like. Can you recommend any?

  • How about "Nisshinkan"? The food here is a buffet with about 40 different dishes, including Japanese, Western and Chinese cuisine. They also serve healthy and wholesome dishes such as tofu made with Manza's clean water, boiled eggplant, and boiled pumpkin. The hot spring boasts milky white cloudy water. The hot spring at an altitude of 1,800 meters is exceptional.
