There are few hotels around Meiji Shrine, so you have to go to Shibuya or Shinjuku, but this Dormy Inn is a 10-minute walk from Harajuku Station, so it's also recommended for sightseeing in Harajuku. There is a large public bath on the second floor, and in addition to the indoor bath, there is also a high-temperature sauna and a cold bath, so if you like saunas, this is the place to stay. There are only twin rooms, so you will probably have to stay in more than one room, but you can stretch your legs out in the large bath, and there are plenty of free services, such as a free midnight snack (Dormy Inn's specialty Yonakisoba (noodles sold by a hawker at night)) and free ice cream after the bath.mariruri's answer (Posted on:2025/1/22)

This is a popular hotel with a large public bath.
- I recommend Dormy Inn, a popular hotel chain in Japan. They have a large public bath and the famous "Yonakisoba (noodles sold by a hawker at night)" (night noodles). Yonakisoba (noodles sold by a hawker at night) is a light soy sauce ramen that is available for free every day from 9:30pm to 11pm. Only one child per bed is allowed to sleep with you. The Serta beds are large, measuring 100cm x 195cm, so you can relax comfortably. The hotel is located between Shibuya and Harajuku, a 9-minute walk from the Omotesando exit of JR Harajuku Station and a 10-minute walk from Shibuya. It is easily accessible from both locations, making it convenient for sightseeing.カフェラテ's answer (Posted on:2025/1/30)

Conveniently located hotel near Meiji Shrine and the station

It is within walking distance of Meiji Shrine, and is in a great location with easy access to JR Shibuya Station, Harajuku Station, and the subway. The room feels a little small, but it is fine for a family to stay there, and it is well-cleaned and clean. It was nice that the toilet and sink in the room were separate. Amenities were also provided, so there was no inconvenience. The breakfast Buffet had a variety of menu items and was enjoyable. There is also a large public bath and sauna, so you can relax.すらりん's answer (Posted on:2025/1/30)

Dormy Inn is not just convenient, it's also an exquisitely charming hotel.
- This inn is close to both Harajuku and Shibuya, making it the perfect location for exploring! Famous shops and tourist spots are dotted from Harajuku to Shibuya. Even within this area, this inn offers a good balance between price and service, and I think it's a great value for money in the sense that it's a good value for money inn. First of all, Japanese people tend to prefer inns with large public baths because they make them feel like they're traveling, and Dormy Inn is just that kind of hotel. There are only a limited number of cheap hotels in the city center that have beautiful large public baths.おむすびころりん's answer (Posted on:2025/1/24)
