  • Ryokan recs near Hikawa Shrine (Omiya) for Daitosai Fest (Dec 10)?

Planning to see the Daitosai Festival (Dec 10) at Hikawa Shrine (Omiya, Saitama). I'm specifically looking for a traditional Ryokan (Japanese inn), not a business chain hotel. Any good recs nearby?

  • It's a little far but it's worth it

  • If you are going to Hikawa Shrine in Omiya, how about this? Since you wanted to stay at Ryokan (Japanese inn), we chose this Japanese inn with a meal plan. Although you have to travel to Tokorozawa, it was nice to be able to enjoy the modern Japanese atmosphere of the lake view room, Japanese-style room, and Japanese and Western room. The food served with Japanese hospitality was fresh and delicious.
