  • Are there any hotels convenient for visiting the Hiroshima Atomic Bomb Dome?

I would like to take my mother and I to visit the Atomic Bomb Dome, which former US President Obama visited, at our leisure. Since my mother is elderly, I am looking for a hotel that is friendly to senior citizen and where we can stay safely. Please let me know any recommended hotels.

  • This hotel is located within walking distance of the Atomic Bomb Dome. From Hiroshima Station, you can access it by tram or bus. It is close to the downtown area, so if you are looking for food, I recommend staying here rather than around the station! The Atomic Bomb Dome is about a 10-minute walk across the traffic light. You can also walk to Peace Park! Some rooms have a view of Miyajima, so you can enjoy Hiroshima to the fullest! There are staff who can speak English, so foreigners can use it with confidence.
