Biz trip hotel recs near Tokyo/Shinagawa Stn? (Reasonable/Clean)

Question

Headed to Tokyo, Japan for business (via Shinkansen). Need a hotel near Tokyo Station or Shinagawa Station (single room). Looking for recs that are reasonable (good value) and clean. Any suggestions?

There are convenience stores, drug stores, and everything else around the station. There are many discounts available for business travelers, so you can stay at an affordable price. As it is a major hotel chain, the rooms are well-maintained and clean.

Shinagawa Tobu Hotel is located in the quiet Takanawa area, a little independent guest cottages from the hustle and bustle, a 10-minute walk from Shinagawa Station and a 7-minute walk from Takanawadai Station on the subway. It is recommended for those who want a more reasonable accommodation than the hotels adjacent to Shinagawa Station. The functional single rooms are clean and the cleaning and facilities are just right. There are a fair number of restaurants in the area, so it is not inconvenient.

It is close to the Yaesu exit, which is close to the Shinkansen ticket gate, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it convenient for business trips. There are department stores such as Daimaru inside Tokyo Station and Takashimaya a short walk away, so you will not have any trouble finding souvenirs.
