- Located a 5-minute walk from the west exit of Shinjuku Station, it has good access to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building on the Oedo Line and is a great base for sightseeing. Amenities are provided, and there is a lounge with a Starbucks espresso machine and a convenience store, so it is comfortable to stay.はがせとうち's answer (Posted on:2024/1/19)

There is a direct bus from the airport so you won't get lost
- There is a limousine bus from the airport, so even if it's your first time, you can get to the hotel without getting lost. It's also close to Shinjuku Station, and there are staff members who can speak English. I had a foreign friend stay here before and it was very well received. There have also been some great deals on room rates if you book early, so be sure to check out the rates early.ひじき's answer (Posted on:2019/7/21)

We recommend cheap hotels in Ikebukuro suitable for foreigners.
- We recommend Sakura Hotel, which has many foreign guests. It is a long-established budget hotel for foreigners, and is most famous in Ikebukuro, which is easily accessible. The chain also has branches in Nippori and Asakusa, so you can stay there with peace of mind. There are various types of rooms available, from dormitories to single rooms, group rooms with bunk beds, family rooms, and Japanese-style rooms. You can choose according to your budget and preferences. As it is a hotel for foreigners, English-speaking staff are on hand 24 hours a day, so you don't have to worry about communication.どんどん1555's answer (Posted on:2019/7/19)

This is the casual hotel in Tokyo where English is spoken.
- A few years ago, an Australian friend of mine stayed here when he first came to Japan. It's a 5-6 minute walk from Ikebukuro Station, and the untidy atmosphere along the way was interesting (although it may not be for those who like clean hotels). Sakura Hotel is a long-established cheap lodging for foreigners. There are dormitories, private rooms, and Japanese-style rooms (common kitchen available). Judging from the photos, the Japanese-style rooms look like the ones you'd see on a school trip. In addition to Ikebukuro, there are also hotels in Nippori, Asakusa, Hatagaya, and Jimbocho.ランタナ's answer (Posted on:2019/7/ 8)

Hotels near Sensoji Temple
- This downtown area is very popular among overseas tourists in Tokyo. We recommend the Asakusa View Hotel as a base for your stay. In addition to the excellent hospitality of a city hotel, you can experience a truly Japanese atmosphere with a festival mikoshi (portable shrine) on display in the lobby.ちび's answer (Posted on:2019/7/ 7)

A global hotel chain.
- It is a global hotel chain located in Shinjuku, so foreigners can stay there with peace of mind. Since it is Shinjuku, there are many restaurants, so you will not have any trouble finding food. Of course, you can also go sightseeing in Shinjuku. I think the hotel service is also fine.EIHTL's answer (Posted on:2019/7/12)

A prestigious hotel with a garden
- If you are a foreigner going to Tokyo, I recommend Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo. It is a prestigious Japanese-style Ryokan (Japanese inn) where you can relax in a calm environment with a large garden. Basic English support is available at the reception, so you can rest assured. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.ウイングチップ's answer (Posted on:2019/7/ 7)

Directly connected to the New South Exit of Shibuya Station, it is convenient and safe.
- Shibuya is a classic tourist destination for foreigners. This hotel is directly connected to the relatively quiet Shinminamiguchi exit of Shibuya. It is a safe area and a convenient base for lodging. Shibuya Stream and Hikarie are within walking distance. The hotel offers a full range of amenities that can be taken out from reception desk. In addition, Simmons beds and Tempur pillows are also available. As it is often used by foreigners, the staff are accustomed to staying here and are polite and welcoming, making it a recommended hotel.エイム's answer (Posted on:2019/7/15)
