  • Fuji Lake Hotel
  • What is the best place to stay to enjoy an open-air bath while looking out at Mt. Fuji?

I would like a recommended inn where I can see Mt. Fuji beautifully from the open-air bath. I don't care if it's in Yamanashi or Shizuoka, but I would like a view of Mt. Fuji that is close by, not far away.

  • Beautiful views of Lake Kawaguchi and Mt. Fuji

  • At Fuji Lake Hotel, you can enjoy the view of both Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi up close. As this is a universal design hotel, the corridors and doors are wide. The rooms are divided into two sides, Lake Kawaguchi and Mt. Fuji, so please specify when making your reservation.

  • The hotel overlooks the mountains and the lake.

  • Fuji Lake Hotel stands tall on the shores of Lake Kawaguchi. From the guest rooms, you can see a magnificent view of Mt. Fuji right in front of you, and the hotel boasts a great location along with Lake Kawaguchi. There is a private bath with a view of Mt. Fuji. The breakfast Buffet on the upper floors, overlooking Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, is the best.

  • The view of Mt. Fuji from the window is Breathtaking view.

  • I stayed here before, and the view of Mt. Fuji from the window was huge and beautiful. Mt. Fuji seen together with Lake Kawaguchi is also special. Although it costs extra, you can enjoy the view of Mt. Fuji from the private cypress bath while relaxing in the hot spring. The food was also good. We had the buffet, and there was a wide variety of Japanese and French dishes, and everything was delicious. It was a hotel I would like to stay at again.

Mars Garden Wood Gotemba Hotel

1089 Higashitanaka, Gotenba-shi

  • Gotemba Hotels

  • Gotemba in Shizuoka Prefecture is close to Tokyo and the Gotemba Outlet is also nearby, so I think you'll enjoy it. You can see Mt. Fuji from the rooms. There are also special rooms where you can take a bath with 100% natural hot spring while looking at Mt. Fuji.

Bessho Sasa Hotel

9-1-18 kamiyoshidahigashi, Fujiyoshida-city

  • Great Ryokan (Japanese inn)

  • This is a high-class Ryokan (Japanese inn) located in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture. Each guest room has an open-air bath from which you can see Mt. Fuji. The design of the rooms and the open-air baths are integrated and excellent. The price is high, but I think the satisfaction is outstanding.

Hotel Green Plaza Hakone

Sengokuhara 1244-2

  • Large open-air bath and Mt. Fuji

  • I used the day trip Buffet plan. The open-air bath is spacious and there is not just one bathtub, so it doesn't matter how many people there are. It was a sunny day, so Mt. Fuji looked big in Hakone, and you could see it right in front of you from the open-air bath. The food was delicious and satisfying.

Shuhokaku Kogetsu

2312 Kawaguchi

  • A beautiful lodging with a view of Mt. Fuji across Lake Kawaguchi

  • Located on the north side of Lake Kawaguchi, this inn offers a close-up view of Mt. Fuji. You can enjoy the view from the open-air bath, indoor bath, guest rooms, and restaurant. The food is a beautifully presented kaiseki meal made with seasonal ingredients. In-room dining is available for up to four people, so we were able to enjoy our meal in the comfort of our room. You can walk down the stairs from the garden to Lake Kawaguchiko, where you can also enjoy a leisurely stroll. This is a high-quality inn where you can relax and unwind.
