• I stayed here before, and the view of Mt. Fuji from the window was huge and beautiful. Mt. Fuji seen together with Lake Kawaguchi is also special. Although it costs extra, you can enjoy the view of Mt. Fuji from the private cypress bath while relaxing in the hot spring. The food was also good. We had the buffet, and there was a wide variety of Japanese and French dishes, and everything was delicious. It was a hotel I would like to stay at again.

• This is a high-class Ryokan (Japanese inn) located in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture. Each guest room has an open-air bath from which you can see Mt. Fuji. The design of the rooms and the open-air baths are integrated and excellent. The price is high, but I think the satisfaction is outstanding.

• I used the day trip Buffet plan. The open-air bath is spacious and there is not just one bathtub, so it doesn't matter how many people there are. It was a sunny day, so Mt. Fuji looked big in Hakone, and you could see it right in front of you from the open-air bath. The food was delicious and satisfying.

The food is a beautifully presented kaiseki meal made with seasonal ingredients. In-room dining is available for up to four people, so we were able to enjoy our meal in the comfort of our room. You can walk down the stairs from the garden to Lake Kawaguchiko, where you can also enjoy a leisurely stroll. This is a high-quality inn where you can relax and unwind.
