  • Atami New Fujiya Hotel
  • I want to enjoy table tennis, arcade games, and karaoke at a hot spring Ryokan (Japanese inn)!

I'd like to go to a hot spring in autumn where I can experience a retro atmosphere. Please tell me about a hot spring Ryokan (Japanese inn) that has amusement facilities such as a ping pong table, a game center (it's OK if it's in the neighborhood), karaoke, etc. that are typical of old Japan! I'm planning to go from Tokyo.

Atami New Fujiya Hotel

Ginza-cho 1-16

  • The hotel has a table tennis table.

  • If you want to enjoy table tennis, arcades, and karaoke at a hot spring Ryokan (Japanese inn), how about Atami New Fujiya Hotel? This natural hot spring inn is conveniently located about an hour by Shinkansen from the Tokyo metropolitan area. You can enjoy karaoke, table tennis, billiards, and more for free.

  • Atami New Fujiya Hotel

  • The exterior of the hotel looks old, but the interior has a nostalgic atmosphere and is not unpleasant at all. Amusements such as table tennis, game centers, and karaoke are also available. In addition, Atami as a whole has not completely disappeared, but it is not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of a tourist destination, so it has a nostalgic atmosphere that is recommended.

  • The interior of the building has a Showa-era atmosphere.

  • The exterior is a splendid building like a hotel, but the interior, from the lobby to the lighting, has a nostalgic Showa-era atmosphere. As we had hoped, we could enjoy the large open-air bath, table tennis, and karaoke for free, as well as a variety of other activities such as billiards, a mahjong corner, and a game corner. All activities except the game center are free, so we had a lot of fun trying different things. Meals are either Buffet or a kaiseki meal, and our family chose Buffet. As is typical of Atami, there was a line-up of sashimi and sushi, and we were very satisfied with the meal.
