  • Tamazukuri Onsen | I want to go during spring break! Hotels with hot springs that are good for your skin

I'm going to travel to Tamazukuri Onsen with my mother during spring break. I heard that Tamazukuri Onsen is famous for its hot springs that are good for the skin, so please let me know where I can enjoy the baths to my heart's content and where it's convenient for sightseeing.

1215-2 Tamatsukuri Tamayu-cho, Matsue-shi

  • 100% natural hot spring water straight from our source, no heating, dilution or circulation!

  • You can enjoy Tamatsukuri Onsen, famous for its skin-beautifying waters, 100% from the inn's own source, in a free-flowing style. No water is added, no heating is done, and no circulation is used, so you can enjoy live, fresh, natural hot spring water. This is a rare inn nationwide where you can soak in luxurious hot springs. There are two large baths, one made entirely of cypress and the other made of black granite, and there are also three private baths available for a fee. Dinner is a seasonal kaiseki(a traditional Japanese multiple course meal ), and the menu changes every month as they are particular about using seasonal ingredients. There are kaiseki plans ranging from the standard kaiseki to different grades, but the standard plan is sufficient to enjoy a meal. If you are staying in the main building, you will be served in your room. You will be able to enjoy a leisurely meal with mother and daughter. In the morning, you can enjoy a Japanese set meal with red miso soup made from Lake Shinji clams and a real hot spring egg.

  • An inn where you can fully enjoy the beauty-enhancing hot springs

  • This is a rare inn in Tamatsukuri Onsen that uses its own 100% natural hot spring, and has an indoor bath, an open-air bath, and three private baths. The spring water in each bath is weakly alkaline, which is very gentle on the skin. You can enjoy the skin-beautifying water, which also contains metasilicic acid, which has a great moisturizing and skin-beautifying effect.
