  • Atami Onsen | A place where seniors can relax and enjoy Japanese-style rooms

I'm going to Atami Onsen with a friend. We'd like to stay in a Japanese-style room so that even seniors like us can relax. It would be even better if the inn has an open-air bath. Do you have any recommendations?

  • A quiet Japanese-style Ryokan (Japanese inn) located in a quiet residential area

  • If you're visiting Atami Onsen, I recommend "Atami Onsen Sanpeisou." It's a quiet Japanese-style Ryokan (Japanese inn) located in a quiet residential area a little independent guest cottages from the center of Atami. It was founded 60 years ago and has a retro feel, but it's also charming. There are only 11 rooms in total, some of which have a semi-open-air hot spring bath or a cypress bath. Another appealing point is that breakfast and dinner are served in your room.

Atami Onsen Furuya Ryokan

  • A long-established Ryokan (Japanese inn) for adults

  • This quiet, long-established Ryokan (Japanese inn) for adults offers spacious Japanese-style rooms with a simple, bright atmosphere. The open-air bath, which is 100% 100% natural hot spring, is available 24 hours a day, so you can enjoy it as much as you like, whenever you like. The baths in the rooms with open-air baths are also 100% natural spring water.

  • 24 types of Japanese-style rooms

  • We have 24 types of Japanese-style rooms in the Sukiya style, which are recommended for seniors. You can feel the sea breeze in the spacious rooms overlooking Sagami Bay. There is also an open-air rooftop bath where you can see the Izu mountain range and the starry sky. We also recommend the large public bath, which is available 24 hours a day.
