I will attempt to climb Mount Fuji.
I'm going to try climbing Mt. Fuji. I'm planning to stay the night before, so I'm looking for a hotel near Mt. Fuji. I'll only be staying overnight, so a business hotel is fine. Please let me know of a hotel that is as cheap as possible. I'm planning to stay one night by myself.

- When I climbed for the first time last year, I took the Fujinomiya route, which is a short distance to the summit. It was difficult to climb because of the slope and many rocks, but I felt a sense of accomplishment. I started from the Fujinomiya 5th station, but took a local bus there. You can get there by bus from Shin-Fuji Station or Fujinomiya Station. This hotel is close to Fujinomiya Station, and there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it was convenient. I took a bus from Fujinomiya Station around 6:30, and it took about 1 hour and 20 minutes to get to the Fujinomiya 5th station. There were quite a few bus services going back and forth. The hotel room was not large, but I was able to stay comfortably. It was cheap, even with the breakfast Buffet included. There are also room plans with a view of Mt. Fuji. A single room costs around 7,000 yen.コート's answer (Posted on:2025/2/ 5)

富士山の登山口に近いコンパクトなホテル
- This hotel is a compact and affordable hotel located a 10-minute walk from Fujinomiya Station, which is close to the trailhead of Mt. Fuji. There are buses from Fujinomiya Station to the fifth station of Mt. Fuji, and a shared taxi is also available from the hotel, making it convenient. The rooms are compact but clean and comfortable, and the best part is that you can stay there at an affordable price.モモンガ's answer (Posted on:2025/4/14)

You can see Mt. Fuji from the large public bath.
- Kyuka Mura is a resort facility surrounded by nature in a national and quasi-national park. We recommend this lodging. It can be accessed from Fujinomiya Station by bus bound for Kyuka Mura Fuji in about 45 minutes. The lodging owner has posted a blog about climbing Mt. Fuji, so it's a good idea to check that out. Drive to Mizugazuka Parking Lot, and from there you can take a shuttle bus to the 5th Station of Mt. Fuji's Fujinomiyaguchi. It's not exactly cheap, but it's a relatively inexpensive and clean lodging. There is a hot spring, and some rooms have a view of Mt. Fuji.中里's answer (Posted on:2025/2/ 5)
