Tokyo Tower view & Hanami access? Hotel recs for couple.
Headed to Tokyo w/ spouse for Hanami (cherry blossoms). We want a hotel with a Tokyo Tower view. Dinner isn't a priority (might eat out), so room-only is fine. Recs?

The perfect hotel
