• There are not many hotels near Mt. Takao that families can stay at, and there are few places to eat at night. Therefore, I think Keio Plaza near Hachioji Station is a good choice. Keio Plaza is safe, and it is convenient to get around as it is right next to JR Hachioji Station. If you get on at Keio Hachioji Station, you can get to Mt. Takao without changing trains. Musashino Imperial Mausoleum is about a 5-minute taxi ride from JR Takao Station.

• Cheap even with meals included

• I had plans for a private trip to Akiruno City, so I searched for a hotel near Hachioji Station. I was lucky to find a nice hotel at this price with two meals included. There seems to be a bus to Mt. Takao, so I thought it would be convenient. Also, the shops are open at night, so I don't think I'll be bored.

• married couple and I have used the Hotel Mets Group many times before. All hotels are directly connected to the station, making it very convenient to get around. The prices are relatively reasonable, and the facilities and rooms are clean. Hotel Mets Tachikawa is, of course, directly connected to JR Tachikawa Station, so you can use the JR Chuo Line, Nambu Line, Ome Line, Itsukaichi Line, and Tama Toshi Monorail. There is Showa Memorial Park right next to Nishi Tachikawa Station on the JR Ome Line, the Omejuku streetscape at Ome Station, Ome Railway Park, and Fujio Akatsuka Hall, and you can also get to Tokyo Summerland from Akigawa Station on the Itsukaichi Line.
