Eat your way through Nishiki Market! Which hotel should you stay at?
I'm planning to go to Kyoto to see Kiyomizu-dera Temple and Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine during the autumn foliage season. Since I'm going to Kyoto, I'd like to go to Nishiki Market and try some food. Can you tell me a good hotel or Ryokan (Japanese inn) to stay at to go to Nishiki Market?

- Hotel Vista Premio Kyoto Kawaramachi-dori is in a great location close to the Kamo River. It is within walking distance of Gion-Shijo Station and Kyoto Kawaramachi Station, and you can also walk to Nishiki Market. I think it is in a great location with easy access to all the tourist areas of Kyoto. The modern design of the rooms also incorporates Kyoto-like touches such as shoji screens and Japanese-style lighting, giving them a calm and elegant atmosphere.モモンガ's answer (Posted on:2025/4/18)

A room with Japanese touches such as shoji screens and Japanese-style lighting
- While the room is based on a Western-style room, it has a stylish design that incorporates Japanese tastes such as shoji screens and Japanese-style lighting. The space emphasizes functionality, but also exudes the elegance of Kyoto. The restaurant is bright and the breakfast menu is varied and enjoyable. There are also dishes that are typical of Kyoto, such as Kyoto vegetables and pickles. There are multiple nearby stations, so transportation is convenient. I was able to walk around Kyoto's iconic spots, such as Pontocho, Kamogawa River, and Nishiki Market.Euc's answer (Posted on:2025/2/20)
