  • I'm planning to go sightseeing in Kyoto and am looking for a hotel.

I'm thinking about going to Kyoto. I want to experience Kyoto's history this time, not just go to the standard tourist spots like Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine, and I want to visit the Kyoto National Museum. There are a lot of travelers, so it's hard to book hotels, so I'm looking for a hidden gem (a hotel that's easy to book) rather than a standard hotel. I don't mind a hotel with a lot of rooms or a hotel a little out of town. Please let me know your recommendations.

It is located right next to the Hachijo Exit of Kyoto Station, so it is convenient to go to the Kyoto National Museum as well as other historical sites. There is a standing bar on the first floor that you will want to drop by, where you can enjoy local sake sourced from a Kyoto sake brewery.

  • The key points are a good location and a large number of rooms

  • It is in an excellent location, about a 2-minute walk from Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit. It is convenient to access the Kyoto National Museum by bus or train. It is a relatively new hotel with brand new facilities, and the large public bath is a nice plus. There are plenty of rooms, so you should have no trouble finding a reservation outside of the high season.
