  • RIHGA Royal Hotel Kyoto
  • I'm planning to go sightseeing in Kyoto and am looking for a hotel.

I'm thinking about going to Kyoto. I want to experience Kyoto's history this time, not just go to the standard tourist spots like Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine, and I want to visit the Kyoto National Museum. There are a lot of travelers, so it's hard to book hotels, so I'm looking for a hidden gem (a hotel that's easy to book) rather than a standard hotel. I don't mind a hotel with a lot of rooms or a hotel a little out of town. Please let me know your recommendations.

  • The shuttle bus from Kyoto Station is convenient.

  • A free shuttle bus runs frequently from Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit, so you can arrive at the hotel smoothly even on rainy days or when you have a lot of luggage. The hotel is filled with a calm atmosphere, and you can expect attentive hospitality. With over 480 rooms, the hotel boasts a wide range of rooms, so you have more chances to make a reservation on your desired dates.

  • It is about a 7-minute walk from the Hachijo Exit of Kyoto Station, and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the Kyoto National Museum by bus from Kyoto Station. There are about 480 guest rooms, and a wide variety of room types. It is relatively easy to make a reservation, depending on the season and plan.
