Their official website is also fully available in English, making booking and information gathering very easy. The guest rooms are all traditional Japanese-style (I believe all rooms are Japanese-style) and offer lovely views of a Japanese garden-like courtyard from both the rooms and the open-air baths, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in Japanese culture. The hot springs are 24-hour free-flowing, and the meals feature an abundance of local Shinshu ingredients like wild vegetables and simmered dishes.
