We're celebrating our first wedding anniversary in mid-November with a special trip to Hakone. We're looking for a luxury ryokan that is easily accessible by train and has a private open-air bath. Price is not an issue for this special occasion. Which ryokans would you recommend for an unforgettable stay?

When you get off at Hakone-Yumoto Station, walk along the souvenir street eating a soft serve coffee and turn to the side and you will see Tenseien. The souvenir street is what makes you feel like you're in Hakone. There are about three types of rooms with open-air baths, and when I stayed there, I had a Japanese-style room. It was very clean and relaxing. The food Buffet has a good balance of Japanese, Western and Chinese dishes, so even if you have food preferences, it's fine.
