  • I'm going to Kobe Luminarie and Chinatown. Can you recommend a place to stay nearby? My budget is 15,000 yen per night.

I'm planning to go back to Kobe, where I used to live, for the first time in a while. The day after seeing the Luminarie, I want to enjoy eating and shopping in Chinatown, so please let me know a hotel with good access.
