Later, when we asked for directions to the Disney Resort Line station, they didn't just point the way. They gave us specific, practical details, like the monorail's arrival times. • If you are seeking a truly special experience, I believe booking a room with access to the Sheraton "Club Lounge" is the ideal choice. We stayed for my wife's birthday, and I must say, the quality of the staff in the exclusive lounge is simply on another level. It's not just that they immediately remember guests' faces and names; we were also able to check in and check out comfortably while seated in the lounge, completely bypassing the crowded main front desk. The staff were also very proactive, kindly asking if we needed any assistance regarding the parks and offering helpful advice on how to best enjoy our stay. You will surely be moved by the highly personal service they tailor to each guest, especially for special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries.

For instance, my child was holding one of the hotel's mascot plushies, and several staff members who walked by smiled and greeted them. They also have a dedicated kids' play area called "WizKids," and you can tell the staff there are genuinely experienced and comfortable with children. It wasn't just a by-the-book service; it was that warm, genuine "omotenashi" (Japanese hospitality) that really stayed with me.​​

• Since you are a family, I assumed you would have children with you, so I would like to recommend this hotel! Usually, most hotels charge the same price as adults for elementary school students, but this hotel allows junior high school students to sleep together. The beds are 140cm wide, so I think it would be fine for children to sleep together. There are a variety of meals served buffet style, so I think you will enjoy it, and it is very convenient as you can walk to the station to the resort.
