こちらは温泉街から一歩奥まった場所にあり、とても静かに過ごせます。ですが、奥まっているだけで、温泉街からは近いので、観光にも湯めぐりにも便利な場所です。昔ながらの趣ある外観の宿で、とてもアットホームな雰囲気です。大浴場は内湯のみですが、趣があり、とても気持ちよく入ることができました。食事は地元の旬を生かした内容で、地元日本海の海の幸も美味です。

城崎温泉に佇む「旅館つばき乃」は温泉街の入り口・外湯地蔵湯のそばという好立地にあり、外湯めぐりや観光に便利でデートコースにもぴったりです。大正14年の北但大震災で奇跡的に焼け残った建物を利用しているので、古き良き日本の旅館の建物で過ごすことができます。館内はレトロモダンに改修されていてとてもおしゃれですので彼女もきっと喜ぶと思います。

この旅館がリニューアルをしたばかりですので、部屋やお風呂などがとても綺麗です。外湯にも便利な場所にあります。なお、今の時期は蟹の会席がメインになりますが、四季をとおして色んなメニューが用意されます。また、お風呂は3つの貸し切り風呂（陶、石、木）がありますのでお二人でごゆっくりと入浴を楽しめます。お湯の質はまろやかでとても肌に良い泉質ですので、ご満足されると思います。部屋も落ち着いた和室が中心でまさに城崎温泉を代表する老舗旅館と言えます。
