There are two large open-air baths
Higashiyama Onsen in Fukushima is recommended. There are two observation hot springs where you can enjoy the sunset while bathing in the hot spring. The hot springs are built on a fairly high floor of the facility, so it feels like enjoying an open-air bath on the roof of a building.
