In winter, you can eat as many oysters as you like from the oyster huts that are landed on the day. Since he is from America, I think he will be happy to be able to enjoy both Japanese and Western styles. When I stayed here before, he contacted me the day before and canceled, so I was able to stay in a room with a tatami bed, one level higher, for the same price. The hot springs, both indoor and outdoor, were excellent, with good water. For dinner, I enjoyed local sake (Otokoyama? Maybe not, but it's a good sake with a name similar to that) with Yamagata's specialty potato stew. Even though I don't like potatoes, I enjoyed it. I went in the summer, so it was cold, but in winter it might be good hot sake.

電車だと「浅虫温泉駅」から徒歩10分くらい。新青森駅からだと1時間くらい。客室からは陸奥湾の絶景を望め、旅の疲れが癒されました。夕食は夕食後は、ちょっとした津軽三味線のパフォーマンスがあって楽しい夜を過ごせました。湯船からは、さわやかな潮風と共に陸奥湾の雄大な景色を楽しめました。朝の方がすいていてゆっくりと入れました。
