Ginzanso

85 Ginzan Shinhata, Obanazawa-shi

  • The view from the large windows is amazing

  • Even if you stay in a standard Japanese-style room, the room is spacious and has a large window, from which you can see a beautiful mountain view that looks like a painting. Meals are based on Japanese cuisine and are served using seasonal ingredients. This is a recommended hot spring inn for foreigners who want to enjoy meals and hot springs while experiencing the four seasons of Japan.

Kosekiya Bekkan

  • Enjoy delicious local cuisine almost in the center of Ginzan Onsen!

  • Located almost in the center of Ginzan Onsen, Kosekiya Annex serves warm local cuisine made with seasonal ingredients from the mountains and the sea! The interior of the building, which retains a strong hint of the good old days and exudes the scent of Taisho-era romance, makes you feel like you've traveled back in time, and we had a wonderful time enjoying the delicious food!

Takimikan

522 Nakayama, Ginzan Shinhata, Obanazawa-shi

  • We recommend the luxurious plan where you can enjoy Obanazawa beef and abalone.

  • Ryokan (Japanese inn) serves delicious original kaiseki(a traditional Japanese multiple course meal )made with locally grown vegetables, mountain delicacies, and fresh seafood from Shonai. They also serve homemade hand-made soba noodles. There is also a luxurious plan where you can enjoy Obanazawa beef and abalone. The inn is built on a hilltop above Ginzan Onsen, so you can enjoy a great view of the mountains from all the rooms. The views from the large communal bath and open-air bath are also amazing. Although it is a little independent guest cottages from the center of Ginzan Onsen town, there is a free shuttle service to the hot spring town at night, so you can experience the atmosphere of a Showa-era hot spring town.

Fujiya Inn

443 Shinpata, Ginzan, Obanazawa-shi

  • Delicious food with simple flavors

  • This is an inn with delicious food, where you can enjoy elegant and rustic dishes using river fish, vegetables, shiitake mushrooms, etc. There is also sashimi and one-person hotpots, which use a lot of seafood from the Tohoku region, and we enjoyed the extraordinary flavors. The hot springs are divided into five different private baths, each with its own unique atmosphere, and you can enjoy a private space. You can enjoy the type of bath you like, whenever you like, as many times as you like. All of the guest rooms face the silver mine side, and offer a panoramic view of the hot spring town.
