Located within walking distance of both Yokagura and Takachiho Gorge
If you want to enjoy Takachiho's main attractions to the fullest, we recommend Hotel Takachiho, which is conveniently located. It's just a short walk from Takachiho Shrine, the venue for the Yokagura dance, so you can enjoy the sacred dance without worrying about navigating the streets at night. The hotel also provides cushions for guests to use, a thoughtful touch. The boat dock at the mystical Takachiho Gorge is also within walking distance, via a walking path.
